Everything stays local — recordings are processed on our equipment, not uploaded to the cloud or shared with anyone.
What We Keep
- Audio recording — deleted when your job is complete
- Full transcription — deleted when your job is complete
- Summary notes — kept as part of our project records

Florida law requires your informed consent to record, and you can revoke it at any time. Just let us know.
